    Noldor in Forlindon part 1

    Lindon on the Rise and half stack army present in Forlindon

    The Noldor have a long history of war against Morgoth and his lieutenants chief among them in this age is Sauron. However my King the Noldor grow weary of War and look to Aman to rest and leave this age to what ever is its end. My lord there are some of us in the Noldor city of Forlindon that still have fire in our hearts and drive to fight along side men once more should we spread our views to the others in Forlindon and rekindle the Noldor to war? It will take some time to mobilize our people again and light the forges that Gil-Galad once used but i believe it is worth it we have unfinished business in middle-earth.

    Yes: 1000 gold cost, 200 gold per turn for 5 turns. slight unrest in Forlindon

    No: -1 loyalty to general in Forlindon and -120 population from Forlindon.

    Gil-Galad would be proud of our steps forward to our goals. While Imladris watches and sits in its falling leaves we will reform the great host of the Noldor that hasnt been seen since the second age. However we look over middle-earth and our own Heavens of Lindon and see only fading glory. Arnor is a shadow of what it was and Gondor wains under the darkness stretching from Mordor. The Misty Mountains thrum with the movements of goblins and Angmar looks across Eriador with growing thirst for war. None of our old allies seem ready for the comming storm yet we will be ready to hold against any who march against us.
    We should continue our efforts building ships of war instead of transport and making armor and blades instead of empty kingdoms. The Sindar and Laiquendi of Harlindon should join us and we could revive our great harbor of the Grey Havens so our armies will march forth again in the world of middle earth.

    Yes: 2000 gold cost, 300 gold per turn for 5 turns. "Shrine to the Last Alliance" -This Shrine recounts every step and battle the Last Alliance fought against Sauron it is so well worded and such a sight it even stirs the most weary elves to war- +2 popularity +1 veterency to all soldiers trained in the Grey Heavens

    Sindar and Laiquendi in Harlindon part 1

    Noldor in Forlindon part 2

    Harlindon is home to the Green elves called the Laiquendi, and to the few in number Sindar. Both of these groups have seen and suffered much over the last few ages. After the loss of Denethor, the Laiquendi never took a leader again and eventually settled Lindon, Mirkwood, and Lothlorien. The Sindar have also suffered since the loss of Doraith and the succession of leaders killed on the battlefield. These two groups now inhabit the city of Forlindon. We should contact the Laiquendi first out of respect, they are known for their affinity toward nature and making were they live always green. They do have a deep love for middle-earth and its plains and forests and could be swayed to join us once again in war. should we approach them? They would bring almost perfect harvests to feed our people and be excellent scouts.

    Yes: mild unrest in Harlindon, 50% chance for the Laiquendi to accept and 50% chance for them to wait 4 turns before accepting.

    No: Unrest in Forlindon wait 8 turns to trigger event again.

    Sindar and Laiquendi in Harlindon part 1

    The Sindar though very few in number still have great power very much like we the Noldor. We must be a fully united people against the darkness for our work is not done here. we were sent to finally silence the evil of Morgoth and yet his evil still taints all of middle earth. It is the will of the Valar to see it done and we will see the work finished. These words could stir the Sindar to our cause and it is a worthy cause. If the elves as one march out against the darkness others will follow and our host will increase in strength with every step we take. The Sindar would be powerful archers and warriors on the battlefield and know much about the people of middle-earth.

    Yes: 75% chance the Sindar will accept and join the Nandor and Noldor in the war effort. 25% chance the Sindar will wait 6 turns before joining the war effort.

    No: Unrest in Forlindon and Harlindon wait 8 turns to trigger event again. Ruler gets -2 authority.

    Our people are now united against the shadow of Morgoth and it will soon be dispersed before our armies. our purpose is renewed in middle earth and we no longer look deep into the west for rest. Ships of war now come and go from the Grey Havens instead of ships transport. The forges of Forlindon sing out the song of war while Harlindon prepares for the long wars and battles ahead ready with elven bow and long sight. Should we announce to middle earth that we are marching forth? or keep our march hidden and surprise our enemies? We have much to do before our great armies can march forth but we now are set on the right path.

    Yes:Our march shall be held in secrect. slight relationship drop with all good factions south and east of the misty mountains.

    No: All middle earth knows that the elves of Lindon will now stand and die next to them in the war against Sauron once again. Relationship increase with all good factions.

    10% chance to trigger each turn[when it triggers once don't trigger again.] until 20 turns and a 100% chance to trigger.

    My lord we have had an increased number of sightings along the coast and in the deeper reaches of the ocean of unknown vessels. There is many miles of coast south of the Lune unclaimed by us or Gondor. I believe the peoples of those lands may be the sailors of these vessels. I would also report some human villages have been raided by these pirates and it is only a matter of time before they sail right into the Gulf of Lune. if we are bottled up in here no elf could leave for the west and our food supplies would be threatened. I would suggest we send out a fleet to deal with these pirates before they become a problem.

    Yes:
    25% chance for the fleet to be routed and half stack fleet spawns in the gulf of lune.
    25% chance for total victory and increased happiness in all elven settlements and 3000 gold loot from pirates.
    50% chance for partial victory 1000 gold loot from pirates and then wait 5 turns to trigger Securing the Gulf of Lune part 2

    The pirates have continue to grow in power and have become increasingly bold! they have a fleet ready to sail into the gulf as we speak we must rally any boat able to fight and meet them before they enter the harbor! The scout ships report they are being lead by a ship with black sails and that can not bode well for us. Our navy is ready by it could be very costly in lives and ships to meet them in battle. we do not know if they are sailing north or plan to land south of us but they are coming closer to the lune every moment.

    Yes:
    25% chance for horrible defeat -700 population from every elven settlement and half stack fleet spawns in the gulf of lune.
    10% chance for total victory and increased happiness in all elven settlements and 3000 gold loot from pirates.
    15% chance for partial victory 1000 gold loot from pirates
    50% chance for costly victory -500 population from every elven settlement of the havens -1000 gold to repair fleet

    No:
    25% chance the fleet lands south of the lune and a corsair army spawns
    25% chance the fleet sails into the gulf of lune and damages all the ports looting 2000 gold from the player.

    Tower of The Noldor

    Securing the Gulf of Lune part 2, Noldor in Forlindon part 2, Sindar and Laiquendi in Harlindon part 2

    The three White Towers of the tower hills lay mostly empty. they were a gift to the kingdom of Arnor and meant to be a place of rest for both man and elf. I would suggest we reuse these places and use it as a tool to help the men of middle earth to retake their lost kingdoms and topple the evil that still infests the land. Men can be greatly inspired by the lore of old and the presence of powerful elves like the Noldor. we could have them use Elostirion the tallest of the three to help inspire men and even our own people to look back to the east.

    Yes: 500 gold cost, increased relationship with Bree, Blue Mountain Dwarves, and the northern rangers. Grey Heavens gets "Elostirion" -the tallest of the three towers that stood on the Tower Hills.- +1 population growth +40 Line of sight

    No: slight Unrest in the Grey Havens settlements and wait 16 turns to trigger again.

    One of the white towers now abound with life, The men that are called rangers come in great numbers to look deep into the west and then back to the east. This renews their resolve but they seem to lament over the lost beauty of the northern lands. Many wars and destructive forces have left the lands bereft of barren. The Nandor feel deeply the loss of the land and have come to us wanting to make it green once more so men could see what was lost so long ago in these lands. They would like to take a number of their people to one of the Towers and meet with men hobbit and even dwarf to talk and lay plans to give a rebirth to the lands.

    Yes: 1500 gold cost -100 population from each elven settlement. increased relationship with Bree, Blue Mountain Dwarves, and the northern rangers. Grey Heavens gets "Tower of The Nandor" -One of the three towers that stood on the Tower Hills.- +1 population growth +3 Farming

    No: slight Unrest in the Grey Havens settlements and wait 16 turns to trigger again.

    All but one of the towers now hum with activity and there is only one group of elves left to inhabit it. The Sindar are mighty warriors and skilled archers the people of the north could benefit much from what the few Sindar here could teach them of the art of war. The tower could also be a central location to organize the war effort against sauron. There are many strong Sindar that have come forth willing to train anyone that would want to in the art of the blade and bow.

    Yes: 2500 gold cost -100 population from each elven settlement. Grey Heavens gets "Tower of The Nandor" -One of the three towers that stood on the Tower Hills.- +1 population growth +3 experience for all archers trained here.

    No: slight Unrest in the Grey Havens settlements and wait 16 turns to trigger again.

    Ulmo's Favor

    Securing the Gulf of Lune part 2, Noldor in Forlindon part 2, Sindar and Laiquendi in Harlindon part 2. 50% chance to trigger

    We have done much on the waves and Ulmo however reclusive has blessed many boons and victories. I suggest we build a shrine to Ulmo to show our respect to his power and his gifts to us. Many elven craftsmen are eager to ply their trade once again and this could be a way to provide the a work they could pour themselves into.

    Yes: -3000 gold and wait 16 turns until giving Forlindon "Ulmo's Shrine" -This is not only a shrine but a great tower devoted to the power of Ulmo. it was built in respect of this power and to the many gifts he has given the elves over the ages.- +3 experience to all ships trained here.

    No: 25% damage to all harbors in the Gulf of Lune and mild unrest in all elven settlements

    Much has happened over the years and this war seems to go on and on. The enemy presses on reguardless of what has happened up to this point. The enemy moves with one purpose one leader and we are attacking back as sperate nations with our own goals. We should try to unite the races of middle earth against the enemy. Like in ages past we have lead all the races against the enemy. leadership like gil-galad will be needed. We will have to send emeisarries to the nations to gain their support and military might.

    Our allies have sent aid. We will have to fill out the rest of the army with our own trops but we have a strong force. The unbreakable defense of the dwarves. the unshakable will of the humans and our own vetern troops ready for combat. this is an army to be feared and used to destroy our enemies. should we train the army to work together has one large force or should we set out and march now?

    Yes: 3/4 stack army 1/4 dwarves[3 Warrios, 2 axe thrower], 1/4 Rangers[1 Cav, 3 light inf, 1 heavy inf], 1/4, Gondor/Rohan[1 DA cav, 4 inf].

    Player has control of southern Ered Luin mountain range and its turn turn 30 and has good relationship with Ered Luin Dwarves

    My lord i am sure is familiar with the blue mountain range and how it used to flow from the north to the south for many many miles. Now it is broken into two parts. the Northern part and the southern part south of Gulf of Lune. We have secured the southern mountains and as you know we found a very old Dwarven city there and our people believe it to be Belegost. this place has great value and meaning to the Dwarves and it might be worth giving them the settlement to gain their trust and friendship.

    Yes: Player gives control of Belegost to Ered Luin and Ered Luin spawns 2 Dwarven warrior units. Large increase in Relationship with Ered Luin.

    No:Mild lost in relationship with Ered Luin.

    Rebuilding the Kingdom of Arnor

    perfect relationship with Rangers of the North. Turn 50

    We remember much about the Kingdom of Arnor and some lament at its passing. Elendil was a faithful ally of both us and Ilúvatar. they refused to join their foolish kin in attacking the undying lands and fled the destruction of their old island kingdom. These faithful men built a mighty northern kingdom and fought along side us in many wars. Alas Angmar and the ring saw to it that this kingdom be broken then destroyed. The rangers have since lived among the ruins still fighting against Angmar. They have strove much to reclaim and rebuild but at great cost. I would suggest my King that we said aid to them. Our masons, smiths, and warriors could aid the revival of that kingdom and i believe it would benefit us all.

    Yes: -1000 population in each settlement around the gulf of Lune. -2000 gold cost. Large relationship increase with the Rangers of the North. Ruler gains chivalry.

    No: slight unrest in Forlindon and mild lost in relationship with Rangers of the North.

    Gondor is destroyed

    We have finally recived word from the south and all of Gondor has fallen to the enemy. The people of Lindon have been reminded of an event long again when Arthedain fell to Angmar. Gondor sent such a mighty fleet to our harbors that we were all surprised and moved to action! Such a great army was made that it nearly was as grand as the host of the last alliance! We should send forth a fleet that match the size or even exceeds the size of the one Gondor sent to us. We should sail south and drive Mordor and its allies back across the Anduin river. They will shrink away at such a host that we will send against them! Dol Amroth may still hold its own against the enemy and we should come to their aid. they may be human but elven blood runs through their veins.

    Yes: -2000 population from each settlement around the gulf of Lune. full stack of the best ships available spawn in harbor with full stack Eldar army.

    No: Unrest in all elven settlements. -100 population from each settlement around the gulf of Lune. Dol Amroth spawns half stack elven army next to capital.

    The Alliance of the North

    The east and south have all fallen to our enemy. we free people of the north is all that stands between Sauron gaining control of all of middle earth! We have fought long and hard against them and many have fallen. We should try one last time to create a mighty alliance of the north to march against the enemy!

    Yes: perfect relationship with Dwarves of the Blue Mountains, Men & Hobbits of Bree-land, Northern Dunedain Rangers, Haven of Rivendell. Gain access to all troops from these factions to create allied armies.

    No: large unrest in all elven settlements.

    I should be posting up my last few events up soon, Hopefully Monday or Tuesday of next week. the last few weeks have been extremely busy with work and college.

    Finrod's Arrival part 1

    Good factions are all destroyed

    We have seen the fall of every people of middle earth before the enemy. We are all that stands between Sauron and his dominance over all of middle earth. We cant let him defeat us because not only do we stand between him and his goal he will never be satisfied with just middle earth he will find a way to cross over into the undying lands and challenge the Valar or even free Morgoth from his prison before he is meant to, by the second prophecy of Mandos also called Dagor Dagorath. We can not let me leave middle earth nor can we let him have dominance over it. However all other powers in middle earth have fallen to him and he takes all of his might that he has gained and aims it toward us. Should we make finally for the ships and sail to the undying lands in hopes that Ilúvatar has a plan to deal with Sauron?

    Yes: King earns +4 chivlary all generals earn "Last Stand" -These elves are all that remain in middle earth and they have chosen to fight till the end- +4 hitpoint +4 command +6 loyalty Trait.

    No: Game over

    Finrod's Arrival part 2

    My King! we have received word from out scout ships that a massive fleet sails toward us from the far east! We know not where they come from but the fleet is massive beyond numbers and the ships are tall topped with white sails! our scout ship has seen the banners that fly above those ships and we cant believe the report. Finarfin and his son Finrod sail for middle earth with a great army with them!

    10 hours later:
    My lord Finarfin is on his way here he made land fall just south of the Mithlond. His fleet is making their lands falls all across the gulf and he brings word from the Valar themselves.

    Yes: 100000 gold coins giving to player and 5 stack army of Noldor warriors appear around the gulf.

    No: cant say no

    Finarfin has come to your throne room and shared a great deal with you since his return. He has also made known he has the means to break the enemies alliance and set them against each other. Great words of power can be put upon the leadership of each of the remain factions of evil and remove them from Saurons dominance. Should we strike down the united forces of Sauron and destroy them piece by piece? or should we show the might of the Noldor and bring the light of Ilúvatar against sauron so that before the end of his empire he will know how Dagor Dagorath will truly be the end of all evil.

    Yes: The Enemy alliance is broken and they are permanently at war with each other.
    2 stack army of Noldor makes land fall south of Mithlond. +10000 gold

    No: More troops arrive from the Undying lands and make land fall at Dol Amroth. 4 stack Noldor army +20000 gold

    I know that this is extremely over powered but i will point out that EVERY other good faction in the game is gone so lore is pretty much out the window and i am pretty sure Ilúvatar would have done something by this point. Why i chose Finrod and Finarfin is because they both did not participate in the Kinslaying and Finarfin is even outside the Doom Mandos put on the Noldor. Finrod went on to be such a honorable person that Mandos reincarnated him just like Glorfindel and is one of few mentioned by name to be giving a body again.

    Tricky one, but keep em coming...it's kind of the anti-khand of the good guys...a faction going ballistic due to the lack of enemies to fight oncoming foes.

    Retaking the Elven Kingdoms part 1

    All other elven factions have fallen

    Our elven brothers stream east to us from their fallen realms. We should accept them into our realm for we are the last standing Kingdom of Elves in middle earth. Even though it may be the Age of Men we must still be around to council these short lived people. they may have good hearts but they are easily overwhelmed and dominated by Sauron. We can only hope to one day to reclaim those fallen realms. Should we accept the refugees into our nation or send them on their way to the undying lands?

    Yes: Many elves leave for the Undying lands. -1000 gold cost for new boats and +2 chivalry to King

    No: Mithlond, Forlindon, and Harlindon +1500 population.

    Retaking the Elven Kingdoms part 2

    Retaking the Elven Kingdoms part 1 and Player has army near Rivendell

    The Enntmoors and in one of the hidden vales lies the ruins of Rivendell, We have an army near by this old elven realm of rest and recovery. We should retake this place and rebuild Elronds home. It will give hope to our people and possibly even the people of middle earth.

    Yes: Player gets mission to retake Rivendell and +1 command to ruler and +2 command to nearest general

    No: Low unrest in all elven settlements.

    Retaking the Elven Kingdoms part 1 and Player has army near Lórien

    Lórien or Lothlórien has been burnt and much of its forest and kingdom is in ruin. Our people lament at the loss but the Nandor feel the drive to give a proper rebirth to those forests. We should deploy our near by army to retake those forests and purge them of the evil inside. If we can rebuild and bring life back to those forests we may indeed be able to even retake Mirkwood.

    Yes: Player gets mission to retake Lórien and +1 command to ruler and +2 command to nearest general

    No: Medium unrest in all elven settlements.

    Retaking the Elven Kingdoms part 1 and Player has army near Thranduils Halls Or Dol Guldur

    Even though Thranduil may have withdrawn deep into his underground realm and even if Mirkwood has fallen to darkness after the loss of his halls we should not forget Greenwood the great. The last realm to be modeled after the great realm of Doraith. The few Sindar and the Nandor feel driven to rebuild Mirkwood and reclaim it in its entirety. We should allow our people to set and achive this goal for if we retake all the elven realms it will be a great example to the free peoples of middle earth.

    Yes: Player gets mission to retake Thranduils Halls and Dol Guldur and +1 command to ruler and +2 command to nearest general

    No: Large unrest in all elven settlements.

    Smiths of Lindon

    Turn 100 and player has highest level smithy in all Grey Havens settlements

    Many great works of the smiths have passed through our kingdom most notably Aeglos. Our smiths are well known to be some of the best in middle earth. Now that the war is in full swing and our armies march out against our foes in force we should task out smiths one again to create great weapons for our leadership so the enemy might know that we have lost nothing of our power.

    Yes: "Forges of Lindon" -These forges burn all day and night giving the smiths endless amounts of time to create great works of war. The plays wrought by these smiths will be well known all across middle earth!- Gold level weapons added to general units

    No: Event will not be re-triggered
