The riches of Erebor
Trigger: dwarves of iron hills get more than 20000 in treasury
My lord long has the dwarves grown in Erebor, all because of us. The lords feel that we are entitled to some of that wealth as it was we who killed Smaug and was the most important part in the battle of the five armies. Shall we send an ultimatum to the dwarves saying we want our share.
Yes: The dwarves shouldn’t go fat while the people of Dale starve. Relations decrease with dwarves of Erebor. 50% part 2a and 50% part 2b next turn.
No: They deserve their hard worked wealth. Increase unrest.
Part 2a.
Never trust a dwarf
My lord, these dwarves refuse to part with their gold. They say it was they who defeated Smaug and they who deserve his treasure. Shall we deny them contact with the world, and see how long they will survive?
Yes: We are entitled to Smaugs treasure. End trade rights with Erebor. Spawn full stack of militia besides Erebor.further decrease relations. Unrest increase greatly in Erebor. 60% part 3a 40% 3b in 5 turn.
No: We can not take arms against them. Unrest increase.
Part 2b.
Payment time
My lord, the dwarves have agreed upon a small increase in the payment for the food we bring them. Shall we accept it?
Yes: It is fair and square. 500 gold for each turn in 20 turns.
No: They can live with their precious gold. Increase relations.
Part 3a.
Victory
My lord, the dwarves have surrendered. They say they are dependent on us and will pay more for their food. What price do you demand, 1000 gold or 1500 gold.
Yes: 1000 gold, or we will cripple their economy. Tribute of 1000 gold for 15 turns. Trade rights again.
No: 1500 gold their treasure is big enough for that. 1500 gold tribute for 15 turns
Part 3b.
Enemy host approaches
My lord, our scouts report that a great host of Iron hills dwarves have com to liberate their friends. Shall we call of the siege, or try to hold them.
Yes: Call of the siege. Reestablish trade rights, decrease relations. Faction leader gains (2- chivalry- troop morale)
No: Stand your ground. Full stack dwarves attack your forces, with erebor garrison as reinforcements. If you lose decrease relations. Peace and trade rights. If victorius start part 4 in 1 turn.
Part 4
Victory
We are victorious, shall we take much of Smaugs treasure, and risk a war with the dwarves. Or shall we be friendly and only take some.
Yes: We deserve what is rightfully ours. 20000 gold War continues with dwarves decrease relations.
No: We only came here for some and that is what we take. Receive 10000 gold, ceasefire and trade rights. Increase relations to normal.
Will this conflict with archaons loyal allies mod, and is Dale to greedy.
