To install, simply drop the data folder into your 3.99 install and overwrite everything.
Then delete the map.rwm file - play!
Includes banners, loading screens, Menu, Splash, some text edits, some new UI, symbols, Event images, missing unit cards now fixed, Corsairs can now 'actually' recruite Raider cav and Harad Artillery, faction hording is setup but not completed, movement slightly increased, fixed navy movement, winter added from the early version of Majestic map mod, some campaign script tweaks, and finally descr_strat tweaks.
MOST bugs should now be gone! Just need to fix silver units and the AOR/ZOR system for 1.2 compatible BETA 4.0...

We are planning to release here, not TWC, a small bugfixer and Tokus Art patcher.
The above is a sneak peak at some of Tokus's work. We are very proud and honored to have this fantastic artist leading the DaC team!
In addition to Tokus*Art we also have some unit cards for all those horrible gray peasants..
In addition to these, I have made some hotfixes for bugs, I cannot say what though..
But i like corsairs - maybe that will tell you what i mean
