    Known Issues,

    Silver units in battle ode for the reinforcement army (Gondor).
    Building cards (placeholder).
    Unit cards (grey peasant).

    Also the strat map models for cities that TATW included are still missing – This is due to the new factions and will be included shortly.

    I've successsfully installed your new beta. Starting a fresh Rohan game VH/VH. Looking forward to not getting invasion after invasion - should free up an entire central stack (and more units nearby) to hold off the dark hordes.

    Not perhaps a bug but I had to make a desktop link to the DAC .bat file in the mods folder to run it! I can make a unique DAC icon (the BIG EYE) if required for a future release.

    Not sure whether this is a bug or not, but Angmar was destroyed before Barad Dur

    EDIT: ah may have jumped at the gun abit there. It said they were destroyed but Nagrats just popped up and taken back Carn Dum

    Not had any major bugs or CTD's so far at turn 35 with Rohan Smile

    Looking pretty good although you should make Isengar stronger, I beat them in like 15 turns affraid

    we have big plans for Isengard in the future.

    We will certainly be working on them. The biggest issue right now would be to not attack them but let them attack you.

    Give them time to build up.

    And what do you expect anyone to do? You can't "be rewarded with the best units currently available" when you have no units available...

    more that i was taking a stab at Khazad faction - turn 10, taken a settlement, built culture enhancing buildings, still cant train... Melkor is ravishing my settlements and there is no more buildings i can build to raise the Dwarvish culture..

    the way i won as Khazad-dum was simple.

    I sat tight.

    Didn't move a unit until i was able to produce miners..

    took about 40-45 turns ... the best suggestion I have is to use general's guards. They replenish.

    The other units will eventually whither away.. but i keep the royal guard in the one spot..

    though they are unbalanced right now I think. Maybe...

    In siege they can't be beaten. In open battle they are pretty terrific but numbers eat them up.

    I've buffed ALL dwarven defences (skill moderately, armor majorly) (but not really much of their attack)..

    Whereas I buffed Elven skill (skill extremely, not armor) and their attack (moderately- high).

    Elven unit's have the strongest attack, while dwarven units are high on defence. Gondor is all well rounded but less skilled then either both in armor and skill... but they make up with numbers.. and their Dol Amroth units (mounted/dismounted) and Rangers, and Fountain guard bring a lot to the table with their own specialities.) Citadel/Gondor/Milita are basically the mainstay and I would say are something like anywhere from 5-10 times the size of elven or dwarven forces.

    When i start the mod it opens the begenning screen for a few seconds then it just exits out the game

    We can't help you.

    Something as vague as crash on start up usually means there are vast errors in the file.

    However that means EVERYONE would get them. Not JUST you. Which means. Somehow, unfortunately. You have a bugged install. My best recommendation is to talk to Archaon. He is the wiz behind the 3.75 installation... I personally use a different method and I claim the excuse that anything outside my realm of expertise I can't quite help with.

    For beta 4 we will be releasing a stand-alone installer and the usual rar file for old folks like me who prefer it that way.

    @traucy,

    Sorry, but without an error log or more information on how you installed it i cant help either.

    All i can say is this; Please look at the STEP BY STEP installation guide, and tell me how you installed your differently to what i explain. This will help me understand the best way to ‘FIX’ your current install.

    Otherwise a better solution is revert back to M2TW-K fresh install, and TATW 1.1 fresh install. Follow the install guide, and post back here if you have any issues.

    Remember , if you are stuck on any of the steps, do not be afraid to ask me to help yo, I’ll jump on MSN or the chat box here to help you out!

    This seems like a lot of work but trust me, it is worth it to play DaC!

    Hmm it was.. At least myself and others have reported a successful destruction of Barad Dur and Mordor without CTD.

    Anything else you can tell us about the situation? what was the whole scenario?

    well tbh i attacked Barad Dur whooped em and killed "Sauron" ( the orc Razz ) but the battle timer ran out literally a second before i took the square as i fought the remainder of the Nazgul, so i lost aparently :S, naturally i was slightly pissed off by that so i decided to cheat to take it quickly, so i did that then pressed end turn then when it got round to me BAM unspecific error
