Yup.....still in development, just slow going atm, but will pick up....I've had to tajke some leave due to rl excitement.
Don't worry about playing 3.9999....wait for the next one, which will blow you away.

Yep, it's still going, albeit slowly until recently. Some of our key individuals have had some major RL impediments but they're mostly past and are getting back into the modding groove fairly soon.
